We at Todd Research Ltd have been carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation since March 2020. We are doing everything we can to support our employees, our customers and our business partners during these unprecedented times.
The Directors have a duty of care to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all its employees and it is our policy to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the safety of all employees and any other persons who may be directly affected by the activities of the Company. In that light, we have reviewed the risks allocated with Covid19 and a COVID-19 Pandemic Risk Assessment along with PPE has been issued to all staff to provide high level guidance on personnel safety and security and we will continue to adapt according to the changing situation around the challenges that COVID-19 presents.
We have also implemented changes to our operations and processes to minimize the spread. These changes have included cancelling or postponing sales appointments and routine service visits, moving meetings to virtual tools, and instituting mandatory work from home across our workforce where possible. We believe our team and operations are fortunately well equipped for this new reality over the next weeks and months.
