The worldwide spread of the coronavirus presents many challenges and there is great insecurity what to expect over the coming months. As we have now entered a new phase of lockdown, our operations and service delivery will remain the same as it is has done throughout the Covid-19 period, with all office and sales staff working remotely with full access to SharePoint and systems as if they were working from the office and can answer any email queries you may have regarding product and service
We have put in place all necessary measures to provide continued assistance and support to our customers in all countries of our presence and whilst there are variations in the lockdown rules for Eire, England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales we will maintain the same high level of service and care throughout all countries. Our Field Engineering Team will continue to carry out PPM visits where there is a Regulative or Corrective Maintenance requirement and access can be given. All field engineers will be wearing a face mask and have at his disposal, hand sanitiser and anti-viral wipes.
Factory staff and deliveries drivers have been provided with PPE (masks and gloves) to wear when they are at work and out delivering. They have also been provided with bottles of hand sanitises to use frequently throughout the day and we are following strict risk assessment guidelines regarding safe distances and personal hygiene.
