Following the statement from the Prime Minister on Saturday 31st October, announcing a second national lockdown for England until 2 December 2020. We wanted to let you know how we will be there to help both our customers and suppliers.
Our office staff will continue to work from home where possible with phone lines being forwarded to the relevant team member. Our Field Engineering Team will continue to carry out routine services where there is a Regulative or Corrective Maintenance requirement and access can be given, we also continue to travel overseas for works where possible and subject to any local requirement.
Our sales teams remain on hand throughout lockdown to assist with any sales or aftersales enquiries.
We continue to follow the Government guidelines and keep our colleagues, customers, and communities safe.
